Primary Responsibilities:

• Shall act as Duty Supervisor. 
• Provides the Company with continuous and immediate weather information and forecast weather condition for efficient and safe planning of flight. 
• Provides the Flight Dispatch Management accurate typhoon watch or tracking which includes path-prediction for the Company’s disaster prevention and control planning and for the safe conduct of flight during occurrence of typhoon. 
• Conducts typhoon watch or tracking activities during weather disturbance occurrences and provide the Disruption Management 
• Team meteorological data that will assist them in decision-making for aircraft evacuation. 
• Ensure business continuity by reporting systems issues to appropriate providers. 
• Prepare irregularity report to be submitted to Flight Dispatch Management, ensure that all delay charges to Flight dispatch department shall have a submitted report before the end of the shift. 
• Prepare Flight dispatch briefing report which includes forecasted significant weather, significant NOTAMs, volcanic activity, MEL/CDL affecting flight planning and other operational items. This report shall be submitted by graveyard shift to support the NCC on their daily planning.
•  Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Manager-Dispatch

Basic Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1-3 years experience in the airline or aviation industry as a Flight Dispatcher
• Must have a bachelor's degree, preferably technical in nature.
• Must have a flight dispatcher license
